Hi, I’m Lexie West!

I’m a videographer and multimedia producer based in Staunton, Virginia. I create video and photo work that highlights people, places, and moments in an honest, compelling way.

I currently work as a videographer at the Virginia Military Institute, where I produce visual content that captures cadet life, institutional stories, and the people behind them. My background includes a decade in visual media, starting as a public affairs specialist and broadcast journalist in the U.S. Air Force and continuing in higher education.

I hold an M.S. in Communications from S.I. Newhouse School of Public Communications, where I focused on digital storytelling and media innovation.

At the core of my work is a simple goal: to create authentic visuals that connect and leave a lasting impression.
